Welcome to WPCanvaSync (“we”, “our”, “us”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the WPCanvaSync website (wpcanvasync.com), the WPCanvaSync WordPress Plugin, and the WPCanvaSync Canva App (collectively, the “Service”).

By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Service immediately.

Description of Service

WPCanvaSync provides a solution that allows users to connect their WordPress websites with their Canva account for the purpose of transferring images or media directly to the WordPress Media Library.

The Service includes:

  • The WPCanvaSync WordPress Plugin

  • The WPCanvaSync Controller Website (wpcanvasync.com)

  • The WPCanvaSync Canva App built using the Canva SDK

The Service acts as a secure bridge between Canva and WordPress and does not access or store personal user data beyond what is required for functionality.

Eligibility

There is no age restriction imposed by WPCanvaSync for using the Service.
However, users must follow WordPress and Canva’s own account requirements, which may include age or usage restrictions set by them.

The Canva account holder and the WordPress website owner may be the same person or completely different parties. The Service allows designers, agencies, teams, and clients to connect as needed.

To use WPCanvaSync, you must:

  • Have a valid Canva account

  • Obtain a valid token generated from the WordPress site (via WPCanvaSync plugin) where media will be uploaded

  • Ensure that the WordPress site owner has authorized the connection

  • Have permission from the site owner if you are not the owner yourself

Whether you are the designer, the site administrator, or a third-party collaborator, you are responsible for using the token appropriately and ensuring authorized access.

Account & Token Responsibility

When connecting a WordPress site to the Canva App, the WordPress plugin generates a unique encrypted token.

You are responsible for:

  • Keeping all tokens secure

  • Ensuring only trusted Canva users receive token access

  • Revoking and regenerating tokens if unauthorized access is suspected

WPCanvaSync is not responsible for misuse of tokens shared by the user.
